THE ANTICOAG360+ PLATFORM

Clinical complexity.
A structured way through.

A clinician-facing platform that organises anticoagulation guidance around the questions encountered in practice.

A GUIDED CLINICAL REVIEW

Context in.
Clarity for review.

Anticoag360+ is designed to support an informational review. It does not autonomously diagnose, prescribe or initiate treatment.

Watch the demo
  1. 01

    Choose a workflow

Start with the clinical question: administration, a procedure, an interaction or bleeding.

  2. 02

    Enter relevant context

Work through the clinical inputs appropriate to the selected module.

  3. 03

    Review the guidance

Consider the information and source references in the context of the patient.

  4. 04

    Apply professional judgement

The treating clinician verifies applicability and determines the next clinical step.

FOUR FOCUSED WORKFLOWS

Built for the clinical question.

v4.16
01

Anticoagulant administration

Bring the clinical indication, patient characteristics, organ function and current medicines into a guided review of anticoagulant selection and dosing considerations.

Make the information behind a treatment decision easier to review.
  • Indication and patient context
  • Drug selection and dose considerations
  • Contraindications and relevant references
02

Peri-procedural management

Organize the factors relevant to interruption, bridging considerations and resumption: the procedure, anticoagulant, patient characteristics and competing bleeding and thrombotic risks.

Support a coherent plan across the peri-procedural journey.
  • Procedure and bleeding-risk context
  • Interruption and bridging considerations
  • Resumption planning for clinician review
03

Drug interactions

Use an interaction-focused workflow to consider concomitant medicines alongside anticoagulation therapy, with a reference pathway that supports independent clinical review.

Bring medication-related questions into the same clinical conversation.
  • Review concomitant medications
  • Identify interaction-related considerations
  • Consult the supporting reference context
04

Bleeding on a NOAC

The v4.16 demonstration includes structured inputs, bleeding-severity branches and post-bleeding considerations. The treating clinician remains responsible for urgency, interpretation and action.

Make the stages of a complex review visible and repeatable.
  • Drug, last intake and renal-function inputs
  • Mild, major and critical bleeding branches
  • Post-bleeding reassessment considerations
PRODUCT & TECHNICAL APPROACH

Purposeful structure.
Room to evolve.

The current product focuses on standalone workflow support. Enterprise capabilities are part of the development conversation.

Modular workflows

Separate clinical pathways keep a focused question at the centre of each interaction. The current release includes four core modules and a references area.

Traceable information

The platform includes Guidelines and References so clinicians can examine the basis for the information. Source visibility is a core development priority.

Defined scope

Standalone use is the starting point. EHR connectivity, SSO, institutional security requirements and deployment arrangements must be evaluated with each organisation.

Interested in institutional evaluation? Share your workflow, clinical governance and technical requirements. The team can discuss current capabilities and development priorities.

Get in touch
Who is Anticoag360+ designed for?

Healthcare professionals involved in anticoagulation decisions, including physicians and clinical teams in primary care, cardiology, anaesthesia, perioperative care and other relevant settings.

Does the platform make treatment decisions independently?

No. It organises clinical information and references for professional review. The treating clinician remains responsible for diagnosis, prescribing, interpretation and patient care.

What is included in the current demonstration?

The supplied v4.16 video shows the application dashboard and a walkthrough of the bleeding-on-NOAC workflow, including clinical inputs, severity-based pathways and post-bleeding considerations.

Is the platform available for routine clinical use in Canada?

The February 2026 progress report describes Canadian market preparation and clinician engagement. Contact the team for current availability, evaluation arrangements and intended-use information. This website makes no claim of Canadian regulatory approval.

Can it connect to our hospital’s electronic health record?

EHR connectivity, single sign-on and other enterprise integration options are areas for evaluation. They are not presented here as completed integrations. Tell us about your workflow and technical requirements.

Can I submit patient information through this website?

No. The contact form is for professional and business enquiries. Do not include patient names, identifiers, records or other sensitive health information.

Is the website available in Persian?

Yes. Use the language control at the top to switch between English and Persian, including the knowledge hub. The supplied app recording remains in its original language.
