OUR STORY & TEAM

A clinical problem.
A shared commitment.

Anticoag360+ brings medical expertise and software development together around a practical question: how can complex anticoagulation guidance become easier to navigate?

BUILT FROM CLINICAL EXPERIENCE

Close to the questions.
Committed to the work.

The concept emerged from the experience of clinicians managing patients on anticoagulants, including around surgery and other time-sensitive decisions.

The founding team combined expertise in anaesthesiology, cardiology, healthcare operations and software development. Successive versions of the application have been refined through testing and clinician feedback in Iran, alongside professional engagement in Canada and internationally.

The next stage focuses on continued product refinement and Canada-first market preparation, with clinical, technical and regulatory requirements evaluated as part of that work.
